Shipping Policy

At Zia Rigging Co., we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring that each product meets our quality standards.

Order Processing

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, some orders may require additional processing time and can take 3–5 business days to ship.

Custom orders may require additional time to make. Custom products typically take 1–2 weeks to complete, depending on the product, customization, and current order volume. Once your custom order is completed, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that processing times do not include the time required for the shipping carrier to deliver your order.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier's delivery schedule. Zia Rigging Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

A tracking number may be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Zia Rigging Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Zia Rigging Co. because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, Zia Rigging Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us as soon as possible with photos and details regarding the damage.
